same request. I recorded their sets before (of someone has the Paris Zenith 99 and Paris Zenith 2002 on CD, it's me! :D) but now I prefer dancing than recording...

I really don't see the harm in distributing live bootlegs over the net. These particular live gig recordings were not recorded and marketed for public sale. The profits have already been made from the actual show. Joe Blow downloading or making profit off liscensed and copywrited material is one thing - distributing live bootlegs to interested fans just for the hell of it and enjoyment of it all is another.

I don't think the chems would mind if we record their gigs only for redistributing the recordings to the fans, and of course without selling them.
I wish the chems would do a live DVD with complete sets of 1997, 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2005. I'd kill for it!

I would love to have a Chems live DVD. In super bit and 5.1 surround sound!
That would be lovely. A couple weekends ago when I had a party, I let some friends watch the Fuji parts of the Singles dvd. After telling them what it was like at Coachella, then showing them the dvd, I think they're sold on going to a Chems gig when they're back in town.

if i go to the gig down at marley park ill record the gig via mp3 player it has a 9hr life span.. it has a mic n all..really good qaulity the only thing im worried about is willl it last.. but if i go.. ill record it then whoever wants it ill send it to them

I also use a minidisc with a small sony microphone which has a very good quality. I think any mic should work with a minidisc recorder if it has a small jack plug. But remember not to take a too big mic because you'll have to hide it.

aye well me and my mates are bringin aload of shit for it like.. wer all busting a chem cherries and we might aswell make it a good one!
well im tryin to arrange the trains n stuff the accomedation and the tickets + the shit to bring down.. Yes i am only 15 but sure!
em well ill be bringin my mp3 player i wont be using it to listen to cause ill waste battery and ill test it on each qaulity to see what the deal is with it n shit like.. will it last, does it sound good etc..
then im gonna try n get a cam recorder to record it aswell! the one ill try n get will be a good one but if i cant get my hands on that ill use my friends small on he bought from LIDL for 100quid.. eitherway we'll still ave the recording!
i just hope that nothing fucks up for the tickets!
