It's some sort of management game.
Imagine 20 people sitting in a room. One of them is holding a presentation, and he talks about CEOs, break-even-points and all the new economy finance babble.
The other 19 listeners all got their bingo boards, with all those words written in small boxes all over it - just like normal bingo. Now if someone's got a complete line, they jump up and scream "Bullshit !"

Just imagine the picture of twenty people in suits sitting in a conference, and all of a sudden one of them jumps up and cries "Bullshit !" :D
