south africa is very well off economically and politically, regardless of the sweeping generalization you've given to an entire continent way bigger than europe, china, the us, and india combined. probably better than several of the places they've toured.

anyway, to answer the question of south africa, you'll probably have to make a trip to europe if you can to see them, since their ability to travel to places far away is extremely costly
