Is that the second ISAM tour?! From what I've seen, the live set looks utterly ridiculous. Looking forward to seeing it on my next London visit too.

Saw Digitalism a few weeks ago too, was pretty damn awesome.

What the fuck happens in norway? The same man first blows up a bomb in Oslo (which killed 7 people) and then travels to a youth camp on an island and start shooting around killing 84 people only because he don't want norway to be "multicultural" ?

Well he´s totally nuts but it´s amazing how the fuck one single man has managed to kill almost 90 people. The info is a mess, I can´t understand anything.

Oh, and Amy Winehouse has dead. Not to be cruel, but i think the most surprising thing is that she was still alive.

We have a new legend?

I am so bothered by what happened in Norway. I can't make sense of anything either and I can't wrap my head around how a single man can kill all these people.

It's not a cruel observation, I don't think. I was just talking about this with my husband. The world has watched this woman die a slow death for years. Sad but not shocking.

I was half sleep last night when my house freakin rocked like a bomb just landed! I ran out of my house, but as soon as I left the door it was already over. Looked at my neighbors kids as they were already on the front porch in their PJ's! I later find out that our city was directly on top of an aftershock! I admit of all the ones that went thru California, this one scared me the most because it was loud, even for a small one that lasted 3 seconds!

Nice. Really looking forward to seeing Digitalism in a little less than 2 wks.
I think this is Amon Tobin's second ISAM tour--same visuals, looks like. And they look amazing.

@ Inchem: That sounds very scary! When i lived in Japan i've experienced several earthquakes, but i was never on top of the epicenter. I guess that makes a difference, because the shocks are much more intense! Plus i'm a little bit strange, i was excited about the earthquakes. We don't have them in Holland so it was a new experience for me.

@ All of you living in Europe: is the weather as bad there as it is in Holland? We don't have a summer! It's constantly raining, lots of wind and the temperatures don't get higher than 19 degrees celcius. WTF!

Plus; my job interview went well. Now, i have to wait! So i don't know anything yet...

x

Amazing. Some people are just born lucky!

@Jeanie; same here terrible weather in Spain (in Spain!!!). Normally in the summer it´s so hot you just can´t go outside home-if you want to be still alive. This year it´s strangely cold. Maybe this climate change is true at last...

The Summer we had this year in Australia (I'm in Melbourne) didn't feel like a summer at all as well. We usually have a couple of weeks in a row of almost 50 degrees dry heat at peak but was quite tame and some rain as well. Our governmemt have just introduced a "carbon tax" to help the climate change crisis and to encourage businesses to use alternative energy sources. The majority of the population hates the government because of this. The businessess are only going to increase the charges on everything we buy from petrol, electricity to milk and everything inbetween almost. If this is supposed to work why the hell should it be more expensive for businesses and let alone us to choose alternative energy sources??? They have not thought this through or are just finding another way to get more money from us. Some people say at least they're doing something about it, but do we have to pay for it??

R.I.P Amy Winehouse. Such a waste of talent. It also frustrates me that people like this seem to have it made but lose control and spiral and can't come back from it. I was hoping for a comeback for her.
Come out from the cold and into the setting sun. It's where it all began for me (not in Afrika), like it was out of control. Then after that life was sweet. So dream on into the pioneer skies of the fourteenth century and rise from the sunshine underground.

I had this infection/virus in my nose/throat so i got antibiotics.
Apparently, those antibiotics can give you a bladderinfection.
So now i have a nasty bladder infection that needs to be treated with...yes! Antibiotics! Hahaha.

Too pee or not to pee, this is the question. :?:

Awwwww, Poor Jeans! :-( Get better my dear! And always pee. ;-)

DAMNIT! Amon Tobin is already sold out. I'll have to deal with scalpers. Oh well. :-/

In other news, I almost got arrested this weekend by a federal officer after my friend and I drunkenly raced across the fountain in the national sculpture garden in D.C. It has been, absolutely, positively, the hottest summer I have ever experienced. It felt so good to get some cool water on me that when the officer came up and started getting hostile, I started to laugh. My last weekend in D.C. was a success.
