I've heard many people do not care for this track or dont consider it one of the more solid tracks on the album , but when I get a cd, such as a new chems release I always copy it onto tape so I can listen to it in my car, but this is the first album Ive made a tape for that I didnt alter at all as far as the order of the tracks. I started copying on track 1 and let it go all the way through. I consider each song as important as the next - like a whole body of work and I think its impossible for a die hard fan like myself to pick one[/u] favorite song. I LOVE them all, but dont understand why people dislike this track or that track or even have "favorites".

Cool! I move cd tracks on tapes to listen in my car, too! With Chems' albums the problems is that often there's no silence pause between tracks; that's the beatiful aspect, too! Their mixing ability is wonderful, the problem comes when a tape side finishes and I've to "kill" the atmosphere of continuity and contiguity of the entire opera.

So, "Denmark" is perfect in that album point.

Do u agree? Bye

That's why mini-discs are much better than tapes. You can loads of stuff onto a single disc. I think DENMARK is cool as well (although it sounds better when you play STATE WE'RE IN before it--the mixing bit is cool). What does everyone think of the new messageboard :-?

I totaly agree with you guys. Chemical Brothers are my fav band in this world and this albem was very well done. They did a great job with it and much was put in to it. Who ever thinks this albem is not good should be shot. They are not a die hard chemical brothers fan like we are. The diserve much credit for what they do. Great Job guys!! (!) (!) (!) :D :D :D

I didn't like the order the songs were in when I first heard the record. I don't know why, maybe the order just didn't vibe well with me. I suppose I didn't know what to expect. Now I wouldn't have it any other way. I dig the record, I dig the order, I dig the mixing. It's all good.

Oh, and about the new messageboard. I def like the format better, it's like an actual messageboard now unlike the other one. Although I would like to read back on the older messages on the other board but I don't have the time or energy to keep clicking the "previous" tab - maybe the old messages can be archived here. The colors are a bit pale on this board, not very energetic except for the nice bright psychadelic colors at the left top corner. (I like blue, make this place blue!) Also, I must be stoooopid or blind but isn't there supposed to be a scroll button somewhere - or is it lost in the monotony of the color scheme. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful n'all that there's even forums devoted to the Chems and fans. My biggest beef with this place is not so much with the color, it's that navigating around here without an apparent scroll button is tedious to say the least.

I don't know if the Chems are card carrying members of the National Rifle Association but you know, shootin people over not liking Come W/Us is a harsh sentence. ;) It's good to know there are Chems fans that would risk prison sentences and moral depravity in their melodious honor but I know quite a few die hard Chems fans that don't think every song they compose is an opus. Yes, a shitload of work was put into Come With Us. I think it's great. I've been listening to it since it came out, and every now and again I hear all kinds of musical subtleties I never noticed before. Sometimes the songs feel different than they did the last time I listened to them. That's genius, to keep a listener hooked a hundred times over. But not everyone hears like you or I do and so what if other Chemmie fans don't like this one particular record, it's no big deal. More for us, right?

New message board kicks some ass. Anyways, yes, Denmark is one of the leading songs on this CD...But it loose's it's edge at some point, but none the less, the whole CD is composed great, the mixing between songs is perfect, and It Began in Afrka is one of the best CB songs yet. Keep it up Tom & Ed!

one of the best things in the chems cd's are the abstract photographs and pictures on it's covers.

About Come with us record, yes Denmark is very good, as well as galaxy bounce. I think that this record was very different from all the other ones. And i'd like to know if it's true that this was their last album, pliz.

Cheers

Nice emoticon anType ;). Denmark has been my fave CWU track since I first heard it. Last album as in the latest album they've made, or their last album ever? Yes, and no, respectively. Their new album is apparently almost finished but that probably means a year or two before we hear it ;o

Denmark is no doubt one of the best tracks on CWU album. Everything about the song is perfect. I love the guitar sequence during the song before exploding back into the drums and bass. WICKED (!) 8)

It's got a fantastic build up Denmark, but it kind of lets me down, it could have been so much more.

What gets me with Denmark is the weird solo thing before the main build, before the trumpet solo. I don't know why, but that solo thing gives me shivers every time I hear it. It's perfect in it's own strange way.
