I'm watching the black SUVs heading from neverland to the Courthouse...
right now, my money is on guilty of the lesser charge of providing alcohol to minors, with no prison time.
Just my bet.
If he does go to jail, he'll get to meet one of my all time favorite wingnuts, Charlie Manson.

No jail time, guaranteed. Is this just the verdict and not the sentencing (ie. will the sentencing take place at a later date?)?
I seriously can't believe how much people care about this case. I find it sick and depraved to show more than even a passing fancy.

I know what you mean. Despite persistent efforts not to follow the case, I still end up finding out what happens, seeing shots from outside the courthouse, etc.
If there was ever a use for napalm, it would be to clear out the people keeping vigil outside the courthouse for the past month.

I told you lot 8) Justice! Nerdgeek, it's people like you who piss me off. Condemn a man just because the majority want to dirty his name and then your type come along and join the train and start talking shit.
sorry. I need to sleep big time, I've had a hard week

This was a case built on circumstantial evidence, which is precarious at best, and in situations like this always end up in a lesser charge or a hung jury.
I honestly didn't know how this case would would turn out, our legal system has a funny way of working itself out.
What I'll be interested in is a few years from now, if the children (accusers) will come out and say anything once they are of age. It would be interesting to hear what they have to say about this whole thing, having hindsight and an adult perspective on their side. *If* they come out and say anything at all.

I still dont know what to think of it...I'm not gonna say (unlike others here) " I think he's guilthy " or " I dont think he's guilty " without really looking into it and following all the news...i dont know enough to have a real stong opinion about it. What i DO think it that the american law-system is a bit strange... Now i'm not saying that MJ IS guilty cause i simply dont know , but i do think that the american law system is not the most honest one ... But i dunno. At least i HOPE he's not guilty cause i really respect him as an artist and performer..!
