Sorry if this is somewhere else already.. Cant find it with the new board layout.

Chems are playing Creamfields on a Funktion One :)

Creamfields Gets Funktion One

Funktion One the world’s best soundsystem will be installed throughout this years Creamfields festival on Saturday 25th August.

Creamfields have signed a groundbreaking deal with Funktion One to ensure the best sound quality at this year’s event and is the system of choice for some of the world’s biggest artistes.

Now for the science bit: ‘Funktion One offers better clarity and intelligibility, more conversion of amplifier energy into acoustic energy, more clean SPL and more controlled dispersion with less distortion.’ Phew!

Expect a sonic audio feast at this year’s event, an event that is often imitated and yet never surpassed. It’s this fine attention to detail that stands Creamfields above all others.

This years event includes live performances from The Chemical Brothers, Groove Armada, Kelis, LCD Soundsystem, Mark Ronson, Pendulum, New Young Pony Club, Ladytron, Freeform 5 and DJ’s include Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, 2ManyDJs, Ferry Corsten, David Guetta, Dave Clarek, Eddie Halliwell, Sven Vath, Erol Alkan, Tiga & many more. For full line up go to www.creamfields.com / www.myspace.com/officialcreamfields .

Is Creamfields worth it? All the people who I know who are going are total nu-rave chav nobs so i decided to hit Leeds Festival instead. I'm seeing the brothers in September so I thought I'd avoid the possibility of crossing paths with the thug-diztrukshon-loving scum!!

Sorry bout the rant btw

nu rave chavs? What are they?! haha

Leeds should be good .. Im hopefully going for the Friday for the Smashing Pumpkins if I can get a ticket :)

Be warned - Leeds has TOTAL nobheads.. people setting fires on campsites, agrro people.. Can be a good festival but there is increased violence there than at reading Ive been told.

Plus Leeds doesnt have the Chems.. Or Coxy! ;)

Santy -Not sure if they are playing Argentina??
