Hi Dave!

It looks like we've got a wait ahead of us til the next album. But good things come to those who wait. All's quiet on the Chemical Front for now.

It has already been said that J-Lo is going to collaborate in one of their songs.

I just found this in several spanish webpages, so maybe its true that Noel is gonna work again with the brothers (sorry for the translation (Babel Fish) but i dont have th time to do it myself).

Original:

CIUDAD DE MXICO, Mxico, abr.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The disc of the Chemical Brothers will leave until the 2007 and it is rumored that Noel Gallagher will participate in this production CITY OF

MEXICO, Mexico, abr. 24, 2006. - The first time that the Chemical Brothers they invited to Noel Gallagher to record a song for them was in 1996. In that Gallagher occasion it put the voice for the simple "Setting Sun" that was included finally in the disc of the Chemical of 1997 Dig Your Own Hole. Then, there are rumors that they indicate that the Chemical Brothers can invite to Gallagher to work again with them and Gallagher has not denied the rumors. Noel said recently that "Setting Sun" is one of the best things than has done in its life, "no matter how much to my Liam brother bothers that it says this to him", ended. It is not for less. When "Setting Sun" was recorded, as much Oasis as the Chemical Brothers was at their better moment and the simple one was everything a success. For that reason it is not strange either that as much the followers of the Chemical Brothers like of Oasis are hoping a meeting to have a new song with the power and sense of the humor of "Setting Sun", although with the maturity that the kilometrage crossed until now them of a both. The new disc of the Chemical Brothers will leave until the 2007, but with the news as this does not make but want that it appears already.

They are all so damn good that i can't decide on just one. Noel Gallagher is my favorite artist that they collaborate with. Sounds like the next album they make will be amazing. Thanks for all the responces!

lets all hope the chems break up so they can make some good music on their own, without having each others opinions effect the music.

Hypothetically speaking, if chemical brothers break and follow their individual careers, who do you think is gonna produce better tracks ???

I would go for Tom, no reason.

Hypocritically speaking, nothing good will come out of the chems if they break up.

Everybody knows their preferred method of sampling is to bang their heads together and record. Can you imagine Tom doing it solo? It would all end up in tears.

Yes, I think the "drum patterns" in Here Come the Drums would have required so many bruises and dents that they opted to record it some other time.

What if they had a drummer in the band? I've tried playing some of their stuff on my drums. Some of it is really hard: Otter Rock, Block Rockin Beats.

I can't imagine either Tom nor Ed not being involved in music somehow -god forbid when there's life after the Chemical Brothers.

I don't want to think about that right now.
