This is a little belated but back to the cover art: I agree that surrender's era held the best pictures, I'd wear them on a t-shirt everyday (all I've got is the one with the color tag like the guy on the album had). I've noticed recently that with the album/single covers there is always some theme. Exit Planet Dust was slightly odd normal life, acid trips, fairs, and of course hitchhiking hippies. DYOH was even more abstract but some times normal, BRB and WhirlyGirl's fav electrobank would be those, and Loops o' Fury and Setting sun are more normal. Then Surrender is just everyday life with amazing strong contrast and few colors giving it that grunge feel as someone pointed out. And last, CWU we had energetic pictures which were more of art with explosions and two-sided heads and Freestyle-dust-like logos on Afrika and CWU single. So most likely the next album with be something new and interesting and follow an idea, after all the covers are a reflection of the music inside

I think that leave home has a sorta funny way of depicting the title, these two guys in some old pic are on a carnival ride that's taking them off the ground. The EPD album covers don't try to shoot for exact definition of the titles, however, the feel of the songs go good with them. There really isn't any (excluding surrender's era) album/single covers that hit the songs exact in pictoral dipiction, like out of control's cover and music response, actually I've never seen an electrobank but perhaps it is some odd face with a lady sitting on it underwater, just when I thought that cover couldn't be any weirder, I tried describing it...
