three:

Edel de cleron -- a lovely Franche-Compte (france) brie style cheese, it's actually aged in spruce bark so it has some nutty sweetness to it! it's a gentle cheese but very tasty!

Christmas cheddar -- an eight year old, barrel aged, good old ontario cheddar that only comes at Christmas time (it's made by a farm called (at?) 'mapledale'). nice, strong, and almost stinky! it's the texture though that's really great; it's smooth but crumbly and has these gritty calcium deposits that crunch. it's a favourite.

Zamorano -- a sheep milk cheese from the Spanish side of the Pyrenees. it's caramel-like and sweet. real nice! again it's a milder one

Not really eating, more like ingesting;

coffee with a tablespoon of semi sweet sipping chocolate mixed in and topped off with nice serving of Bailey's Irish Cream.

Heaven.

Ah i made a fantastic dish!

Whole grain penne pasta with grilled courgette , green paprika and cherry tomato's with italian herbs , a self made sauce of basil , parsley , olive oil , garlic , salt pepper and pine nuts and parmesan cheese.

I have to say i am impressed with my own dish! Very healthy ( Whole grain biologic pasta ) , easy to make and damn good!

Last time I ate McDonald's I literally vomited. So disgusting.

I do still love their breakfasts though. Sausage & Egg McMuffin = da bomb

Just had some chicken fingers.
