I like the Japan EP as well chem'd up, the American EP doesn't have the cool "Gimme your sounds more!!!!" leaflet inside and the other one with the Japanese text inside (with the track lengths). :) 8)

yeah it is nice. i now have an entirely completed disgography of chems stuff apart from;

-EBW 5

-american ep

-all the japanese albums in sexy gatefold covers.

-in glint

-"strictly limited edition" japan only double cd of all the singles and rare mixes,very similar to the new album but ?190!!!!!!!!!!

-Song to the siren JBO version

-and a few various cd promo's and 12" promos that are just taking time to get.

but if i do say so myself,i have one of europes best collections!!!

I am far away from that. In most cases it is enough for me to collect every track on at least one original release. I don't feel like buying dozens of rare promos just for the collection.

Of course there are exceptions to that rule. ;-)

normally I don't see any reason to getting promos. Sometimes they're cheaper but not with the chems. What's great about them is during surrender and cwu (and maybe chemical5 if they continue) is they make the promos look better than the singles, sure not as many pretty colors but nicer cardboard packaging. The only time I've ever gotten them was if they were special, such as the cwu lp which had it over 3lp or if it were in my record shop and you know me, never pass an offer

The best thing about the Surrender promos was that they came with the radio edits of HBHG and OOC. The other radio edits were not too exciting, though (LFB for example).

I have seen the 3LP set on EIL but it's too expensive just for the fun of getting it. On the other hand, I had the Prodigy's "Music for the jilted generation" 2LP in my hands one week ago. Looks great, but do I really need it ?
