My seasonal allergies are acting up something fierce. A steady diet of loratidine and xylometazoline are barely keeping my eyes and nose open, while dimenhydrinate helps me sleep. It sucks. This is NOT a good time for final exams.
As for summer plans, I'm hoping for a California trip, though I don't know when yet. Jeanie, are you still waiting for the Chems US tour itinerary to plan that? If they don't tour North America until the fall, I almost certainly won't be able to make it out.
Winnipeg Folk Festival will be the biggest four-day party of my summer probably, while there are also plans to go tubing in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota and a few other smaller excursions with friends.
Roger Waters in June and (heheh!) Justin Timberlake in August will likely be the big concerts of the season unless I manage to make it to a Chems gig somewhere.
Mostly I'll be working 40 hours or more a week, partying as much as is unreasonable, doing a lot of reading, playing a lot of soccer (for possibly three teams?!?!), and enjoying my first single summer since 2000. Hopefully the weather cooperates.
I need to sort out my finances as much as possible so I can hopefully go on a UK trip in the next 16 months.

it feels not like summer nor spring yet. it's averaging subzero temperatures. school ends in more than a month and a half. and the girls are still over-robed!

I know, I know. But (as I'll say in my defense to anyone who questions it) even Pitchfork Media raved about his live show. I'm going with a couple girls I know and I'll be surrounded by about 15,000 more ladies young and old alike, so it won't be too bad. In fact, I expect it to be quite a spectacle from an audiovisual point of view. And it features a 15-20 minute Timbaland solo mashup section where he mixes together elements of many of the hits he's produced over the years.

We had the first monsoon showers the night Tong dropped the new Chems - it's been really nice since! :)

It's just finally become spring here. Yesterday was the first day I left the house without a jacket (and that's only because I left only to walk the three minutes to the grocery store for some lunch). Still a tiny bit of snow around here and there, but only in places where the sun doesn't shine (no, not THERE!).

It was supposed to be bombay, and I was considering if i can afford flying up and down again - but this venue change news is brilliant! Bring it on Mr Tyler and Perry!
No other gigs on the horizon for me yet, but I already gotta see two of my fav bands ever - Waters and Maiden consecutive months, I just somehow need to see the Chems this year, and I can die peacefully.
