Hi Ben! how are you? I think that for the neutral public, the games may well have been boring, but the sacrifice and see how it improves game by game, for me is very exciting. Argentina played against teams with 5 and 6 defenders (Netherlands at one moment played with 6 defenders!), Messi has been surrounded by rivals... it is very difficult to make a difference against super-defensive teams.
Ps: Argentina won 1-0 against Switzerland and one game was 0-0 (against Holland) and sorry for my english!

Defensive teams always make it to the finals. Who cares if Argentina's games have been boring? They are in the finals that's all that matters. Look at the aggressive Brazil and their dramatic clifhangers and what good it did do to them? In the end they were tired, worn out, wounded, players missing. In the finals germany would be the attackers and Argentina the defenders. I predict a similar score as the netherlands match with the game going into overtime and penalty shoot outs, boring yes but being a world cup winner is all that matters at the end of the day.

i really didnt want the germans to win a few games back. i thought they had flattered to decieve but since the amazingness of the semi final, i think they have to win. They play attractive free flowing but sensible football and are a great unit. argentina are very organised but if messi cant get into the game they lack any kind of inspiration. Come on doucheland.
