Jeanie, you're still young and hot. I don't know what you're talking about!

Just because you have to work like the rest of us now doesn't make you older or uglier. :-p

:( certainly not the answer I wanted to hear. But I totally understand, Mia.

As for deciding to make the trip -2 essential Nocturnalans... It's a tough decision. I wanna hold true to "the code", but you made some very valid points on why I should go...

Biff, p00ts, ... wha'da broda'do?

P.S. let's cross our fingers for some kind of appearance for the chems at a US festival.

HEYYYYYYYYYY YOUUUUUUUUU GUYYYYYYYYYSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

I must ask for a favor. When you receive your tickets through the mail, can you please let us know. There is a lot of time in between now and until the show, and I'm afraid I might mistaken my unmarked envelope, with the tickets in them, for junk mail.

so this concert will be shortly after I graduate and that would fall in to place well since I need a vacation. hmm, maybe i should save the money for the flight... I can't even begin to express how badly I'd love to see another live show.

So this past Friday I received quite possibly the best news in my entire life ;-)

The company I work for, an incredibly tiny company, does this deal every year with a very large investment firm. The primary portion of the deal is based in the United States but there's also a portion in London...(guess where this is going ;]). Last year I was one of the people sent to London to assist with some IT related duties which they will again need this year. Date needed to be there.......August 28th!!!! BOOOOOYAH! I'm going to London to do a little work AND SEE THE CHEMS!!! w00t! Just bought my ticket.

Do it Boscoooooooooooooooo!!!! DO IT!!!!!!!!!

If you have the means and you can pull this off, then fuckin' hell man, just DO IT!!

If you know you could have and you didn't, you'll hate yourself forever. You can't go through life hating yourself, or thinking "what if??"

DO IT!

Well Bosco, if you are considering it, we should definitely collaborate this one! I am really down with the idea knowing that I'll be fresh out of college and needing to make a trip to celebrate, since I've been way over worked for the past 2 years.

I know I can afford the flight, but the housing situation is definitely what's holding me back from this trip being a 100% go. So if you are thinking of going, remember we could probably split the price of room by collaborating this. Plus, chemical show aside, I've been dying to go to England for some time. Think it'd be cool to do a trip now that I'm much older than the first time I went (12 years). Plus, it'd be cool to get a beer with the forumites over seas, just throwing that out there too. So, in sum, I'm saying DO IT, DO IT NOW!! LONDON CALLING!

Alright, Alright, Alright...Alright

I'll do it. How could I say no to Whirly?

And yes, I can afford it (thanks to my credit card).

I already purchased my concert ticket. But I've been dicken around and still don't have a pass port yet. Im gonna have to get on that ASAP.

As for housing Mr. Biff, of course we should find something together. (Hopefully my AAA card will come in handy again.) But if I could ask, how long are you looking to stay over in Europe and or are you planning to travel elsewhere outside of the UK?

And to you Brits, I know the UK is always jammed packed with music festivals throughout the summer. So I was just curious if there is any significant music festival around the time of this Olympia gig?

Mr. Poots where you at?

Any Darkstar action?

I was thinking a week or so. No major plans to go out of the UK, although I've never been to Ireland.. I don't know yet, it's totally open, just so long as we're in London on Aug 30th, because I think somethings going on that day..

Hey folks. Has anybody of you got the tickets already (in hands I mean)? Before grabbing some I want to ensure that it's not getting a roundhouse drama, you know because I don't want to cry on my birthday..

Bosco--GO MAN! And get your passport ASAP. The processing time has increased because of the huge number of requests due to a change in law for Tijuana travelers.

I'll let you know ASAP if some financial miracle should befall me. Who knows--a raise is completely possible between now and then. ;-)

Yeshhh - I still need to renew my passport. The time frame in which to get one is ludicrous - upwards of 3 months in some cases, and even longer. Plus paying the extra $ to have it expedited is no guarantee. I also heard something about having to obtain long form birth certificates, getting crap notorized and such which is something I've never had to deal with before. I don't know if that applies across the board, but sending away for the info and prepping just to get a passport has become a ridiculous, tedious process.
