Does anyone know (or can it be released by the Chemical Brothers) where you can get a download of the whole set from Glastonbury?

Tough I know!

I first saw them at Glastonbury in 97 and have been in love ever since. My partner and I tried to get tickets for this year as it was our 10th anniversary as well but couldn't.

Saw the 30 minutes that the BBC put up and crave more.

Have seen them 4 times in the past, but have a real passion for Glastonbury and this set just looked stunning

Any ideas?

I'm not aware of a rip yet, either video or audio.

You may just have to settle for Trafalgar (if you can get tix!). Check the "Becks Fusion" thread for details

Hey guys, the Set for Glastonbury 2007 was:

'No Path To Follow'

'Galvanize'

'Burst Generator'

'Do It Again'

'Get Yourself High'

'Hey Boy Hey Girl'

'All Rights Reversed'

'Out If Control'

'Don't Fight Control'

'Temptation'

'Star Guitar'

'Surface To Air'

'Under The Influence'

'Saturate'

'Believe'

'Wiard/ Acid Children'

'Golden path'

'Chemical beats'

Theres video's on www.youtube.com, but these start with Do it Again and Finish with Star Guitar/Temptation.

The full set was about 2 hours, I was 4th row from the front, and it was just amazing. I expected an encore though, especially since it was the last headliner for Glastonbury that year, but it was still an amazing way to bring it all to an end. I truly expected them to come back on Stage and play Block Rockin' Beats though.

I'm surprised BBC doesn't release it all on DVD. They have a greatest hits collection for Glastonbury live, but no yearly event thing. Some bands though only allowed BBC to show a certain amount of time of the gig, which is what happened to The Chemical Brothers. Things like The Arctic Monkeys only allowed the BBC to show 1 song on their website, I think Chemical Brothers only allowed 40 minutes. It's still better then 1 song though. I'm just glad they show Star Guitar on the youtube/BBC video's my favorite song of all time, just as good when mixed in with Temptation too. Believe got the crowd really going though, well from where I was standing at the front. It's a shame We are the Night wasn't released before I saw them, it would of been nice to know things like Saturate (My 2nd favorite Chem song).Nothing will beat the real experience though, the hair on my arms stand up when I re-watch the entire experience.

"who is this doing this synthetic typa alpha beta psychadelic funkin?"

I'd take a stab in the dark and say he likes elektrobank.

For me the Temptation/Star Guitar/ Surface To Air/ Under The Influence line-up would be worth the price of any ticket.

hey boys, hey girls;

I know I'm a newbie & all, but does anyone have a copy of the BBC broadcast from Glasto 2007 that they would be willing to burn to a DVD for a poor fan out in Australia?! (I will be happy to flick some cash yr way to cover any costs etc)

I have watched the bits on You Tube & it looks amazing...

E-mail me at: joshmcgarrity@yahoo.com.au if you can sort me out.

Cheers

J
