He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

I'm going to say Surrender is my fav too because it best defines the nature of the chems. If any album has ever changed my life it was this. it's super eclectic, all songs on it are classic and it shows a great balance of vocal and samples with music. So:
1. Surrender!
2. Exit planet dust
3. Come with us
4. Dig your own hol

3. Come with us
4. Dig your own hol

SURRENDER definitely. Bought it for myself the day I picked up my new car. Drove onto the M4 and wanged up the volume to test out the sound upgrade. got the fright of my life, I thought I had mechanical problems. Fantastic!!!!!
It isn't so much music, -as a physical experience! WOW what a sound!!! :P
Trying to persuade hubby that we HAVE to go to a concert now. ;-)

Rindaloo, nice to have you aboard. I had to persuade my husband to come along with me to the first show we'd seen by the Chems. Don't get me wrong, he loves the Chems (not quite near as much as I do, hehe) but he had his reservations on how they'd pull it off live, and he really wasn't into the whole "go out and see your favorite dj spin records" kinda thing. After the first live gig, even after braving sweltering heat at a festival out in the desert all friggen day, he was sold, exhausted as he was. A live Chemical convert! Now, no need to ever persuade him, he's up for the seeing the Chemicals live or dj as much as I am. :)
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle
