Never heard so much as a snippet of Rize Up til now. It sounds really cool, I want it I want it I want it... but I'm gonna have to wait.

I'm not too miffed about them putting the song on a comp already. They put Galaxy Bounce on the Tomb Raider soundtrack a while before Come With Us was released. And Slow remix appeared on the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy soundtrack before Kylie's Body Language was even out in the States.

These things happen. Money could be an issue here but part of the bigger picture with compilations is exposure, to get people interested in different artists. If Rize Up gets someone into the Chems, I'm all for it.

Well...hmm... I just listened to that 1 minute sample of 'Rize Up', and honestly i dont know what are u guys getting excited about. I know we should hear the entire song before we comment on it, but from what I've heard, that sounds like one of the most uninteresting and boring b-sides Chems have done.

I think I'll skip on buying the 'Galvanize' single and just get the album.

but do u know galaxy bounce was supposed to be a single? and just has not been singles out for some (record company???) concerns? rize up is just a b-side and not even good IMO. alchemist is right... :(

I like this b-side, but I fell it maybe a 'bonus' b-side as opposed to their completely striking b-sides like Base 6 and the entirely original HAR1. I'm highly to buy the single.

I love Rize Up. It isn't a song, it is a movement.

I heard Rize Up on the weekend and I truly love this tune! It has an old-school minimalist triphop feel...but some of the synths and samples also remind me of early rave stuff. Powerful bass, great use of echo/delay. Love that clap sample. Can't wait to hear it this track again... a wait that is now not months, but weeks!
