Can't wait!!!!
They will play on the 1st of July with Linkin Park.
I didn't think I would be able to see them live again this year,after the Paris show!

I'm happy they come but the other names are not very exciting : Linkin Park, Coldplay, Arcade Fire...mainstream pop bullshit, maybe Portishead could be interesting but I don't know if I would buy a 3-day pass for them.
By the way, I hestitate between going to Main Square or Werchter cause they both have the chems. Werchter is way further (no pun intended) and in the flamish part of Belgium (the part where they don't want to speak french) but their 4-day pass is as expensive as MSF's 3-day pass and above all, Iron fucking Maiden are at Werchter ! Plus Werchter has more artists, more scenes etc...

But Main Square Festival is closer and they speak french so I'll wait for new names and if Iron Maiden don't come to Arras, then I'll try to go to Werchter.

I would not say arcade fire are mainstream pop bullshit. their first album can (and has) change(d) lives - I remember well how excited I was back in 2004 when discovering them and so were many people I know. and they're quite good still with their newer stuff. they're not aiming towards being mainstream but if people like them and buy their albums, that's just fair. one could also say the chems were mainstream dance bullshit if you were right ;)

I agree to say that Werchter is a really better festival but knowing that the Chems play 40minutes away from my home means that I have to be there!
And one day ticket for MSF costs 59€.
Compared to the price paid for the Paris show for instance (55€),it's not that expensive.
And from Lille,special trains to Arras,with ridiculous low prices,are expected,as every year.

Yeah I'm sure they will. I think Limp Bizkit will play between 20 and 21 h 30 or something, then Linkin Park until midnight probably, and then the Chems until THE END OF THE FUCKING NIGHT!!!1!1!11!!
