Well it does say that Underworld would be the ones mixing the various tracks (though that could be speculation on the Telegraph's part in an attempt to connect their knowledge of UW's involvement to the current story), but it does seem rather suspect as they were confirmed to have finished two original tracks for the ceremony and the only one by them on that list is the inevitable Born Slippy.NUXX.

yeah

and I very much doubt underworld or danny boyle would have anything to do with 2 Muse tracks

It may not be too far fetched to think Danny Boyle may like Muse? Since he must have got a role in picking the official anthem of the Olympics by Muse? But I'm just speculating as a Muse fanboy.

I was judging based on the music he chose for trainspotting, all lou reed and iggy etc

Deducing Danny Boyle's tastes in music solely based on Trainspotting's ost would be abusive.
And Muse didn't even exist back then so who knows ? He could have picked them if he did the movie 15 years later

I'm fine with there being one track. For if there is one track, there must be more on the way sometime later on. Plus being a part of the Games is kind of a big deal! :D

Anyway, when I read the news about the digital release I had a stupid whirlygirl moment, and mistook July 30 for June 30. So for a brief moment in time I thought tomorrow was gonna be the best Saturday ever. :oops: Hahah d'oh!
