toomuch'stash just pour water on your computer, it might just need a shower :P

Whirly once thought it would be wise to keep a potted plant on the shelf above the computer. One night, possibly while slightly intoxicated, she remembered that she needed to water this plant, so she did. Perhaps 'over watered' is the proper term, because it more or less flooded over the shelf and into the cooling vents on the top of our monitor, which gave a rather loud popping noise, then some smoke.

we moved the plant before we got a new monitor.

we all do stupid things like that........i think :? ..... :P j/k whirly!

hehehe I know I was being stupid - and I'm not too proud to admit it! X-D You know when you're doing something, and as it's happening you think "oh shit" and everything starts going in slow motion and there ain't a damn thing you can do about it? Well... Yeah... when I told 'stash I felt so sheepish.

Next time I water the plants I should do it while under the influence. I was sober when watered the monitor!

Next week should I go see Amon Tobin or RjD2? I can probably afford to see only one. I'm leaning towards Amon, personally, but Diplo is opening for Rj, so........

As far as I'm concerned, I would go for RJD2. A friend of mine saw him in Dour last year, he rebuilt his tracks using 3 turntables, and without using any headphones! :o Looking forward to see him.

def amon tobin man, he's wicked 8)

all went well at the a & r panel, my tune got picked first and it sounded good to hear it on a big system - got favourable comparisons to chicken lips and the tom tom club, they liked the production and want to hear the finished tune :D had a chat to andy mac from skint, gave him my demo and he said he would look forward to hearing it and a business consultant also gave me a label he thought would be interested. oh, and the radio 1 geezer was well in with rob da bank (the blue room, chill out specialist, runs sunday best) and he said he'd forward a copy of the demo on. so its all good! :)

i now have to work a 10 hour day tomorrow - bleugh!
