Commercial piracy makes me sad. This is where the artists lose as much as the consumer. It seems to be big in areas where the social, political, and economic infrastructure is precarious. This isn't about file sharing or some kid in their basement downloading mp3's for their own use.



But you know, commercial piracy has a place in this world so long as there's a demand for it. We are driven by consumerism and most people want a bargain even if it's at the expense of quality. It just sucks for consumers who think (and are paying out the wallet for) they are getting something legit and of quality, but are getting ripped off instead - like some of you here with those yellow promos or ebw's you paid good money for.

I just checked Kylie.com. "Red blooded woman" will be released on 2 cd's AND 12" vinyl. SO STOP BUYING YELLOW RECORDS!!!!!!

AGREE.... WHY? BUY A YELLOW VYNIL IF YOU CAN HAVE A ORIGINAL CD, AND THE BEST WITH KYLIE IN THE PRINT....
