Booka Shade are a great live act, and deserved the best live act award in Germany. They are basically the studio brains of many other acts on their label, such as DJ T, and have pretty much taken ownership of triplets are a production technique :P

Saw them at Gold Coast in Australia of all places and they smashed it. Great presence on stage, nice balance of live and programmed. I've video of it but i havent upped to YouTube yet... some may argue they are overhyped but thats a bit of the whole minimal backlash anyway. I dig most of what they do but am by no means a worshipper like many seem.

"In white rooms" is still a monster anthem. Theres a mexico mix i really like too.

Booka Shade is pretty nice. I typically get my minimal tech-house-y fix from other sources (SCSI-9), but they're not bad in the least.
