now i have a theory. In Australia we have this festival during Jan each year called Big Day Out. The first lineup has been released and it doesn't have any REAL big names for the boiler room (dance tent). In addition, the chemical brothers havn't been at BDO since 2005.

The chemical brothers have been doing alot of dj sets yes? and Jan is winter for all you weird folk in the northern hemisphere?

Therefore i think there is a possibility (small but possible) that the chemical brothers could be quickly flown over to do dj shows. But then again, I'm not sure if Australia would welcome a chemies dj set...kinda like America :P

@Jittem I quite like your theory. I didnt notice the boiler room was missing a big name. I'm so happy i got tickets to melbourne but a chem dj set would just make my day/week/year :). Id have to agree that a dj set might not be welcomed tho. People just wouldn't understand, They'd all be like OMG MUSE! ;)

I had a dream that I was the first to see news on the site that an EP was coming out with the "Epic Last Song from Coachella" and a new banger. The former was simply called "The Chemical", which seemed oddly fitting. How odd that I'm now dreaming about their new music.
