There?s no E in NYD?
Having entertained 20,000 hedonists on Clapham Common this summer at Get Loaded in the Park, the Get Loaded crew have pulled out their party frocks in time for another late night tale of DJ excess at Koko this coming NYDay. Nursing a stinking hangover from the previous night, Get Loaded will be taking over this acclaimed musical venue in their finest tradition to kick start the New Year good n? proper on Bank Holiday Sunday 1st January 2006.
With no work the following day and with anti-NYe prices on the door, you?re in for some loco action at Koko as acid-house pioneers X-Press 2 will be unleashing their world famous 6 Decks 3 Mixers mash-up on the night. Rocky, Diesel & Ashley Beedle will have you body-popping from the roof top as they put the soundsystem through its paces with an underground onslaught of bleeps, beats and blazin? b-lines. They?ll be supported by the Junior Boys Own Soundsystem (one of the founding house labels), who follow up their Get Loaded in the Park session with a special club set featuring Faith stalwarts Terry Farley & Stuart Patterson and the legendary Pete Heller. Take the stairs up to the Lounge Bar and you?ll find the Deep, Down and Dirty cartel rocking the floor. The hotly-tipped Electric Press (20:20 Vision) headline the way with some Dex N Fx tomfoolery, joining DD&D regulars Pete Herbert and Simon Morell, plus Ryan Shaw ? the winner of ITV?s ?Joy of Decks?? who counts the likes of Tom Middleton as one of his biggest fans.
Pre-Club Booze-athon?
Why wait till 10pm to get the party started as the evening?s entertainment kicks off at 6pm down the road at top boozer the Lock Tavern. The Get Loaded posse will be sinking a few pre-club jars and jamming to some pre-party sounds courtesy of the Adventures in the Beetroot Field Residents & very Special Guests? so arrive early to revel in the full madness.

Fuckerdefuck.
I already go the 30st AND the 31st i dont think i'm gonna be able to move after that 8O
Yeah, I'm tempted for NYD, but I think I'll be too knackered. I'm going to play it by ear right now, but if everyone else is going to go, I'm willing to sacrifice another night of sleep.
That reminds me, I need to order my Dec 30 Fabric ticket this weekend.
