fuck the girlfriend, n go copy the song for us using some crazy ass english spy technology. kidding. but i can't wait to get new stuff from the men. these fucks are so lazy, i don't believe they can't write three albums together/ mixes whatever n just release them for their useless life form of fans. they'r like acid, they'll come 'round big every 2 yrs only. sorry my ranting is the result of a whole lot of wanting a whole lot more music from the chems right here right now, i've played these six five albums a bit too much, n guess i don't have a choice.

40 tracks,ebw8 and now this!!! :o
40 unfinished gems it was. That doesn't necessarily translate into 40 full tracks in the future ...
This 'The Rock Drill' business is just brilliant! Great piece of art, the 'sinister' word fits it very well. Looking forward to hearing this, less than a month to go! :)
Thanks Chemical News Agency Worldwide operatives for keeping us informed!

FARK!!!!!!!!
oh man i have that feeling i had when push the button was about to come out! this is intense and its just for one song.
i love the idea of the chems writing this tune to compliment a piece of visual art, too excited.
so whats the dealio with EBW8? could they be the same song? (i doubt it seeing as there is such secrecy surrounding the rock drill.
ohhhh man. good stuff!

I am so tempted to just hope on a Northwest plane to amsterdam. Find my way to London and Tate modern. listen to the track for hours on end and then come home back to canada right after. anything for a new chems track.
basically a trip to europe and back in a span of less then 3 days.......I'm that bored and crazy. Plus, I have the resources to do so.....now I just need time off of work.

Hi all,
Long time reader of the forum but just joined up to post!
Ok, so I went to the Tate yesterday, found the Rock Drill and listened to the track by the bros.
At this stage I had one criticism which is that the headphones for the exhibit have been jammed into a corner and you can't actually see the front of the sculpture while you listen to the track - minor point, but would have been better.
The track itself is ambient with robotic sound effects clunking in the background, not a thumping dance tune I'm afraid as it has no definitive beat to it, but fits the sculpture very well. In fact, it would have gone very well with the entire room pumping the sound rather than just the headphones.
I wouldn't fly anywhere to hear the track if I were you, stay put and wait for EBW8/Chemical6 ;)
