Welcome back Boywiththegoldeneyes!

What's with this run of all the old forum member returning? At this rate I wouldn't be shocked to see Pink Shoes return.

This old man,

He don't need no music sheets,
but with a snip-snip-snippy-snip
gave his mop a chop,
Old man hairstyles are a flop.

From Dallas, been a long-time Chem fan since 6th grade (I'm 26), saw them for the first time at Red Rocks when I was 14 thanks to these guys I met from an IRC chat room who took me up there haha, and in spite of We Are The Night, I am still a loyal fan of them. They, along with Underworld, The Prodigy, Daft Punk, Air, Future Sound of London, and Roni Size, were highly instrumental in shaping my love of EDM that reverberates to this day, and I could not thank the Chems enough for shaping me today. I would love to see them play again but haven't seen them since that moment when I experienced 'The Private Psychedelic Reel' at the most breathtaking venue known to man.

Cheers man!

To add, it was the Wipeout games that helped me get into the Chems, along with EDM in general haha

Hey Electrotek,

The Chems @ Red Rocks! That would have been awesome, I am jealous.

There's a few tracks that stand out for me on WATN, such as Burst Generator, Pills Won't Help You Now (especially since Midlake is from my university), and Saturate, but Further is far superior to both PTB and WATN IMO

Welcome!

You're so fortunate to have seen the Chems play Red Rocks! Legendary!! What an incredible experience that must've been - so glad to see that The Private Psychedelic Reel moment still resonates with you!

Oh yes, and let me put it this way.

I saw Daft Punk at the same venue almost 4 years ago, and I still think the Chemical Brothers' performance was far superior.

Hello, Long Time Chemical Brothers Fan here. After seeing The Chemical Brothers in Brisbane on the weekend and being blown away by a couple of tracks which I had not heard of I thought I had better get my act into gear and join the Forums.

The forums then showed me that the tracks were Don't Think and Super Flash. All I can say is that both these tracks were amazing live, especially Don't Think, it was so intense. This was my third Chemical Brothers concert and this I must say was the best by a long way. Other concerts were, Melbourne - Come With Us Tour, Sydney - Push The Button Tour.

Anyway thanks for reading and all I can say is to anyone with a concert coming up get yourself ready to be blown away.
