Does the 2 cd set come in card sleeves or cd cases? Also is one of them 'extra thick' in order to house the 2 cd set? I get the feeling that this may be a nice set to have in a chems collection (compared to the standard case for the us version?).

I picked this up during my last trip to London almost 5 years ago!

Mine has an outer cardboard sleeve (which has a round sticker that says "featuring Tim Burgess part 1 of a 2 cd set). The outer sleeve is just thick enough to house both cd's 1 & 2, which also come in cardboard sleeves of their own - but those sleeves are thinner. The 2nd cd has another round sticker on the fron that says it's part 2 of a 2 cd set.

It's a nice little thing(s) to have, plus it has anType's favorite song on it!

It kind of messes up the straightness of my CD's because it pokes out the top.

Cheers everyone :D, I think I may try and get this as the us version would be a bit expensive to import and won't have this interesting packaging. I think this, loops of fury and the gatefold cwu are the only things with unique packaging.

My copy of Loops of Fury was just sitting on a HMV shelf, I jumped on it because it's what I needed to complete the collection. I do like cardboard covers in a way, but it does mess with the storage.

Best ever cover is the red woven book for Radioheads Amnesiac album. *drools*

loops of fury was a limited release, available for a week only, charting at no. 13 in the UK. that was that foldout cardboard sleeve, CHEMSD3. it was sold out after few days, that's why it didn't make it in the top 10. an extra release, CHEMSDF3, came some time later, in a standard jewel case but didn't manage to chart
love is all.
