Any rules? Sneaker says he can deal with varying BPM's; now, about the song specifically -- must it be electronic in nature?
The other day I started writing this acoustic guitar + bass + percussion + vocal track and I think it's absolutely killer. Would the lack of real beats fuck the mix up?

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

sneaker is saying he is not really intrested in this project at the moment
Well that's cool, respect for telling us bluntly! :)

Me? :o I'm no DJ, but I think I could mix it in SoundForge if that's ok. No problem with me.
It would be much better if sneaker could mix it though. Maybe he'll reconsider his interest in this project? 8)
I'll go with that mate, if sneaker has definitely veto'd him mixing it, then it would be good if you could mix it in SoundForge. That mix you did before was amesome 8) (although I didn't dig all the songs, the mixing was excellent!)

Csar, are you in?
Me 8O ? Thats an honor to me to be mentioned at all. But i'm probably not the right one to mix or put together 'cause my technical skills are not quite distinct.
This whole idea is very very brilliant!
I'm in!

this cd sounds very good but does it have to be mixed, i mean its nice to have things continuos, but if the tracks are really brilliant (which by the sounds of it, some of them will be) id prefer to have them seperate so i could dj with them if there good enough. maybe the 2nd cd could be a mix of them, along the lines of the Bugz In The Attic cd??
also, how good do the tracks have to be, 'cos i have a few floating around, and could bang up another before April, i wouldnt wana detray from the quality of other peoples tracks though.

Liquidfunk, don't worry about the quality of your tracks, it's the thought that counts. At least, that's what I keep telling myself X-D
The CD should be mixed, if you want them seperate then you could just ask the artist that produced the track, we're all amiable people here :D
