I'm playing Call of Duty 4 right now. Pretty damn good game. With an excellent atmosphear, and original missions (loved the one where you have to bomb in a city from a plane with IR vision)

Looking forward to Assasin's Creed too. And also, I can't wait to play Smash Bros Brawl. It got a perfect score of 40/40 on Famitsu

Surprisingly, it will be the only game on the Wii to get a 40/40, since Famitsu only gives 1 game a 40/40 per system.

Okay, Yes Famitsu has only given 7 perfect 40 scores (now including Brawl) and yes each game has been on different system every time. I don't think that necessarily means that they limit themselves to one game per console that they would give out a perfect 40. Their could eventually be a second game for Wii that could get a 40. Then again they are incredibly tough markers. just like me for my group projects at school.

The Brawl developers are torturing us. They keep showing new and awesome features on the website and they keep pushing the release date further and further back... yyeyeEEEARGH

Hey Ben, I play CoD4 online about 2 hours a night, every night. I love that fuckin game. Never played anything before that had the same sense of weight and realism.

As for BluRay - I'm so glad stash thought long and hard when considering a game console before going with the PS3.

I don't game much (I leave that to the boys, they love to make the whole house sound like the streets of Baghdad) but I like having the BluRay and dvd upscaling. I'm not a console snob one way or another as it's not important to me, and the same goes for Mac v. PC - but had we spent a whole bunch of money on the XBox and invested in the HD component, I would be sad. We are both pleased and have had no problems with the PS3 whatsoever. It's been a good product for us.

I wouldn't be surprised if the PS3 went up in price, then again it was only a few short months ago they were having a hell of a time trying to give those consoles away.

My guess is that now BluRay is dominating the high def market, more and more players will be put into production which will in turn drive the costs down. Back when VCR's were new, they were like $400 and this was in the early 80's - that was a lot of coin back then. But as time went on and more manufacturers got on board, the prices went down so I suspect the same will happen with BluRay.

After doing a quickie search online, I pretty sure it was Sasha that compiled the music, but I don't know who the producer was. I don't even remember the soundtrack being available in stores, but that could be because I'm prone to senior moments in my old age. :P

I love my PS3, but I have gotten NO games for it since I got it in October. They're expensive. As expensive as N64 games were back when it was hot shit. But this time around, I don't have my parents buying them for me. ><

The PS3 going up in price seems silly for me. Unless Sony is going to do the same thing Nintendo seems to be doing with the Wii and not make enough of them, for what seems like no reason! I hate when supply and demand going wrong...
