I know I should probably know this, but is there an official music video to Shake Break Bounce? If there is, which one is it?
Thanks

Hi Charlik!
Nope - there isn't. Shake Break Bounce was never a single, and there is no official video for it.
:)

Thank you! :D I'm doing media studies coursework atm, and my group thought this would be a brilliant song to do, so I just needed to check there wasn't one already - thanks again :)

I made a video to Shake Break Bounce. One of those webcam videos, that teens make in their bedrooms for their boyfriends, wearing nothing but a thong and some olive oil.

Shake Break Bounce was used in a car commercial though. But I can't remember which one !

Toyota wasn't it? The guy uses a handle to open a door in a mountain wall. I hate the use of Chems songs on adverts, it ruins the track!

It wasn't Toyota... that I am about 90% sure of. I could be wrong though since I don't keep up on UK and European ads.
My bet is on Nissan since they used Hoops in their television ads (over here in the States).
I don't really mind songs being used in ads, although in a case like Moby's "Play", it was serious overkill and did spoil the whole album for a while. It took a long time before I could revisit Play. I understand why artists do it, or why they feel the need to do it - as long as it's not overkill. Just from working at Tower Records, I saw a lot of people come in and buy entire albums because they heard a song in a snazzy commercial that they really dug. So if it means an artist gets more exposure and sells more records so they can then turn around and 1.) market themselves and 2.) buy studio time/cover other expenses to make another album and get to touring, then I really don't see it as a big deal or anything to get angry over. Then again, as much as most ads are a painful annoyance a great deal of the time, I am somewhat biased because my brother works in the advertising industry.
