Hi everyone. I just wanted to post a speel about The Rogue Element and Atomic Hooligan, both of whom are fan-bloody-tastic!



I know these guys aren't brand new but I recently bought their albums and I'm hooked! Rogue Rock is full of funky party breaks, with one track that sounds suspiciously similar to the Chems' 'Morning Lemon' (I'll let you guess which one that is!) ;-)



'You Are Here' also seems to doff its cap to the likes of the Chems, underworld, the orb and orbital. Definitely essential listening for all Chems fans and generally to all peeps who like breaks and good electronica overall.



Sorry about the rant, but I thought that those of you out there who haven't yet discovered these guys, should definitely check em out :)

I've heard The Rogue Element: Rogue Rock and Myagi: Dirty Girls [Atomic Hooligan Remix] before and YES! They are farkin brilliant!

Terry from 'Atomic Hooligan' once contacted me because I wrote a tune called 'Atomic Hooligan' and he thought it was a bootleg remix of one of their tunes. Nice chap. Had a good chat about all things breakbeat.
