I made a friend angry today...

My friend wants to go on a big roadtrip from South America to Canada. 'm not really up for that because , altho i love this person , i couldn't sit with her in a car for 2 months.

3 weeks was more than enough because she annoyed me and a roadtrip is a big thing , u need to go with people who u feel totally cool with.

Anyway i told her honestly that i can't go on a roadtrip with her because she annoyed me on the roadtrip before and we already talked about this annoying things.

Anyway she is really insulted now , and she wants to know what i find annoying. So i told her honestly that i think its annoying that she always thinks she knows everything better than everybody. A lot of times she does , she had a high education, but its the way she says those things. It's so fucking annoying when people find themselves so fucking smart.

Anyway , her answer was " Well , youre probably annoyed by me because i do know a lot of stuff and youre annoyed that u DON'T know it "

I'M SO PISSED OFF! Here is somebody ( Me ) Who knows i'm not fucking Einstein , who only did a low education and who loves to learn and accepts it when people know more than her. And this is somebody who KNOWS me telling me the reason why i am annoyed is because she knows all those things and i don't !!

Plus , she says that my irritations with her come because of my moodswings. True , i am one big moodswing , but for example , Mips has not annoyed me ONCE in that whole roadtrip.

And according to her i like to talk a LOT about myself and thats why its hard to to be around me. This is true , i like myself a lot , but nobody has ever said anything about that to me. According to her i always want to be the center off attention and when i'm on the phone with people they dont get a chance because i only talk about myself.

And now i get "The world does not revolve around you"

I dont want to be pissed off but i am !!!

just tell you're friend that like any relationship people need breaks from each other and that a lonfg road again mighten be the best for your relationship.

Yo - Well for anyone who doesn't already know - I do Drama/Theatre Studies and well we've been working on this play which has been inspired/based on another play called 'Easy Stages', if any of you have read/seen it.

Anyway it is about an amateur stage crew with stereotypical characters [Stressed stage manager, Wannabe stage manager, Veteran old lady, Over the top dramatist, Camp/Gay guy, Preppy/dumb girl, and then my character Sleazy slick guy who loves himself], so yeah its an amateur stage crew who are really bad at their job and never get the stage movements right and always chuff up and this creates comedy[its a slapstick comedy]. There are a few relationships going on, Dave - me is trying to get it on with Phoebe[Preppy girl], and everyone hates daves for being so outright disgusting/creepy, the only one who finds this appealing is the gay guy.

The stage manager who no one likes and the wannabe is trying to steal her job.

Anyway we done a live performance today for about 100 people and it was kinda scary but we got such a good fuckin response, we - atleast I didn't think anyone would laugh, but it came to a point where we had to stop for the crowd to stop laughing cause we couldn't hear ourselves speaking.

They thought it was halerious but we had skipped alot of it out and it kinda of dipped in performance at times, - we didnt mean this obviously but atleast now we know what to do etc. But jeez i was so stoked people laughed and then afterwards everyone was saying what a great play it was and I was so chuffed! - Couple of juniors were asking for my autograph and all it was funny. X-D

My french teacher was there [And she hates me, thinks im a no good for nothing and I hope that changes my opinion of her even if we didnt skip poo!]

Anyhow just thought I'd let you guys know, I think we're going to record it.

oh man, thats great Foxboy! When you get the crowd roaring like that, it must be an amazing feeling! :D

oh definately! I remember taking a speach class in highschool and when we just had to speak infront about 25 or so peers, the same stuff would happen to me. It was usually happened to my arms though, not my legs.

Foxboy - thats awesome mate, well done. I've been on a stage once - I fell over .

Jeanie - re your friend says you always want to be the centre of attention I think she's talking bullshit. You know your friend who you helped with his long battle with depression? Does that sound like the action of someone who only talks about themself? ;-)

Foxy, good work!! 8) I'm so glad you are pursuing all things artistic - that's really cool. I'm sure over time the leg trembling stage fright will subside. But it's great to know what you're doing up there has such an affect on people and you get an awesome uproarous response!

DRAMA!!!!!

Well Jeanie, your friend has known you for years and for what it's worth, sometimes you see things in your friends they don't want to see - and vice versa. It's just a thing of clashing personalities and growing older and growing apart. It's unfortunate that it took an argument to bring everything out in the open but at least it's out there, but that is sometimes how it is with girls - now the decision needs to be made whether to step back and give each other some room and be cordial, or to write the whole thing off and hope perhaps one day your paths will cross again when you're older and wiser.

One thing to keep in mind with your friend - you both said things out of anger and irritation and hurt feelings. And sometimes it's those emotions that are like truth serum - kind of like saying shit when you're drunk. Maybe once the anger and irritation has subsided you can both come together with level heads, and work it out.

From what I know of you, yeah you are moody. Aren't we all??? And there is nothing wrong with that because it's a facet of what you are, and everyone's got their quirks - and it's great you don't let your quirks dictate who you are. But you are determined and loving, are full of empathy and there is nothing vindictive or cruel in your nature at all. And you know what - you have a shitload of life experience so far and you're still young. That is not something you get sitting in lecture halls taking notes in your higher education class. Not that there's anything wrong with an education, but I can't help but think it's pretty snotty when someone throws that up in your face because they know their argument doesn't have a leg to stand on.

I don't know Jeans - when I was maybe a year and a half older than you are right now, I had a horrible falling out with a very good friend I knew since I was 5 years old. It was awful, and what happened hurt me so, so much. And even though it's been 12 years since this went down, when I think about it, it hurts. Sometimes, not often - but sometimes I miss our friendship. We had some great adventures once upon a time and we had an 18 year old history prior to the falling out. The sad thing I had to realize is that we were 2 completely different people, uncompatible, 2 completely different personalities who are similar in some ways but galaxies apart in most aspects - and the best thing was to let time take care of it so I could realize all of this on my own.

Awwwww Whirls!

Youre right. I just wrote it all down here out of frustration WHILE i was still talking to her. Yeah i'm moody. Ive got a very dark side to me that can come totally out of the blue and suprise everybody. I don't know why i have this and it's very annoying , but when i get into a mood , NOBODY and NOTHING can make me cheer up.

But nobody had ever had any problems with that because they know thats how i am and its not a personal thing , it's not like i'm moody at YOU , you know what i mean.

Anyway , the things i said to her i didn't say because i was angry. I really meant everything i said and so did she. It was more like a discussion than a fight. Truth is , the things that came out yesterday have been bothering me about her since ive known her. We also had a lot in common , hence that we build up a friendship , but ive always been kind off anoyed with her.

Ah i dunno. I just feel shitty about it because i realise people come and go in youre life but i didnt mean for it to explode like this. But than again , one of my worst things about me is that i need to learn how to be more diplomatic. I am VERY honest , but sometimes honesty isn't always the best way out.

Anyway some fucked up things has been said , like the whole 'i know more things than you' wich i think is very immature , and that is something that annoyes me SO much i dont think i want that in my life.

Drama's Drama's.

Sorry foxy to totally only talk about myself now and not even saying something about youre play. Maybe she is right and i DO talk about myself to much X-D

But fucking hell mate that sounds awesome. I didnt know you were in drama , that is so cool cause that is exactly what i want to get into! I'm so glad u good a good reaction cause that takes such a load of you're shoulders. If its going to be recorded u should post clips of it on youtube !

Thats okay- I was going to make a suggestion about what you should say to your friend but it would have come across quite idiotic and childish so I didn't say anything [ I was going to say you should tell her to go fuck herself - and im kinda glad i kept that one to myself by looking at everyone elses kickass advice] X-D

Thanks also. For the record I do French, Art and Drama and at the school I go to they're 'dossy' subject but like Art has to be one of the most time consuming, Drama one of the most team based and French the most persevering so I don't see how it can be dossy.

Although I usually have a lot of free time, mainly because I do two very practical subject's.

Em well I'll think about putting it for you guy's to watch, Personally I would really like to share it but It's not entirely up to me cause its a group thing and the others might not want me to [Although they wouldnt really know, but if they found out it wouldn't go down too well with them and knowing my school they would probably get involved too since the whole bebo thing and stuff, we're not allowed camera's in school otherwise we can be accused of trying to take pictures of people incl staff and putting them on bebo :/ ], but I might try and get like a private host so people can see it somehow because I would really like for you guys to see it.

For all you moderators out there, I was deleting some spam today and it seems that not only more links and shite in them threads but they're starting to get grim pictures in there as well. Could get a little disgusting for any female or even male moderators! So - be prepared 8) X-D

I am covered in cuts, bruises, swelling, scars, and scabs from my soccer game on St. Patrick's day. I am having a great difficulty walking because both knees, especially my left, are so heavily scraped up that they've sealed and don't want to bend. I think the one knee may be infected. We'll wait a day or two to see.

Ah well, the price of a victory well earned.

And, as part of my half-time captain's pep speech I promised the first person to score in the second-half could have a few ounces of the vodka I had in the dressing room. Coincidentally, I was that scorer, so it was nice. Very nice.

Foxy , Yes i agree! There seems to be more spam lately and more discusting spam too! And i would like to see youre performance!

Darkie....Awwww mate! I dont understand that people think thats fun X-D Well in a way i do understand ebcause it feels satisfying.

One time i went rockclimbing in Oz and my legs were SO bruised that people on the street stopped to look at it. Really , it was scary. My whole legs were purple. I was proud of it X-D

Being back in normal life sucks. My friend wants to go for lunch and i have to take the bake so i can safe on the busfare cause i am skint! But in a way i also like it. I feel like a normal 21 year old now X-D

question, does anyone know the deal about the new Visa Laws? :?

I wanted to go to Canada later this upcomming summer, but i was told that I need to register for a passport. I also heard that your still able to get into Canada without a passport if you travel by ground (car). Is that true?

I really dont feel like paying an extra $100 just so I can go to Canada. :x

I don't know about US citizens travelling to/from Canada but I know that Canadians now need a passport when entering the USA by air but not by ground. So yeah, you probably heard right.

Where in Canada you going, Bosco? Toronto? You should come up to Winnipeg, the snow is melting finally!

Yeah, I wanted to go to Toronto. With Daft Punk playing in August, The "V" Festival (Bjork and Smashing Pumpkins) in September, and a potential Toronto Chemical Brothers date to be announced, its so frickin tempting! Ill probably end up going to one of the 3, most likely the Chems :::crosses fingers:::.

Thanks for the "Peg" invite. I would love to see Darkstarland. Perhaps we can make something work when a Canadian chemical brothers live date pops up, or some other travelworthy event that comes along. :)

I doubt the Chems will get within 500 miles of Winnipeg. More likely I'd travel to see a Chicago gig, since it's the closest city I can reasonably expect the Chems to play.

Bosco, it's not a bad idea to have a passport on hand. So it's $100, but it's good for a few years and the money paid for a passport is money well spent. Besides you never know, you might have to flee the country or go see the Chems overseas!

Which reminds me... my passport expired in October, time to renew...

Toronto's about 1500 miles by land, Chicago about 900 miles, I believe.

There is ZERO chance of the Chems playing a live show here. DJ set I would consider extremely unlikely, but possible, since we've had some bigger names come through recently like Armin Van Buuren, Sander Van Doorn, et al.

There is no venue that I think would be appropriate. Arena show would probably be too big for Winnipeg's level of electronic interest, and the smaller venues mostly either have fixed seating or are too small for the audiovisual setup.

But, if you're reading, Tom & Ed, don't hesitate to at least explore the opportunities here. Could be surprised.

At any rate, Chicago date in the summer before I go back to school maybe? *hopeful*
