Little embarrassed to say I finally got my tickets, had been trying to buy tickets to Hawaii... Not much room after that for ticketmasters rip off hikes.

As I mentioned before--definitely pissed about the added $14 in charges. F*cking bullsh*t.

Glad you have tickets, though.

Damn--I'm thinking about moving. Might be a terribly huge weekend for me...

I'm actually going to be moving at the end of this month as opposed to next month.

I need to move because I need a change in my living situation to try to help me gain some perspective on my life. I've suffered a recent heartbreak and the moving will help me move on. That and I want to try to live with roommates I might actually hang out with.

you should move to santa cruz, you can do an hour commute and we can put up all our chems posters/autographs/framed ebw's and scare the f*** out of friends and potential women for heartbreak.
Moving does help with that, when my last long-term girlfriend and I broke up it helped me out a lot that I coincidently moved like a week later with some cool people, then watn came out and i was surfing all summer, well enjoyed. but it does help clean things out.

If I had a teleporter it would actually solve a lot of problems for me. I'd live in Santa Cruz, solve the distance problem with my previous relationship, and I would also make a lot of money charging people to use it. n00ge.

I found a place today that looks like it will work out, back in the first neighborhood I lived in. It feels right. Everything about this feels right. wewt.

Oh, Biff--I'm also going to be in Santa Cruz next week. Lunch? Whaddeya say?

Yeah--you can get off at the 19th street BART station which runs along the Richmond or Pittsburgh/Bay Point lines.

You don't want to just drive?

I'd rather drive up to daly city and take Bart in to avoid parking and city driving, blah... But I might see about that.,

I'm used to city driving, I guess--I don't find it a hassle at all. But it's actually a really easy route from the 880. You could even avoid the peninsula altogether and take the East Bay all the way up.

Rudy--where are you located?

Everyone else going to this show: Just found out that Freq Nasty is going to be the opening act. He's a pretty damn good dj; should be able to get everyone in the mood to dance for the Chems' set. :D

PootR - i'm in Stockon...not sure if i'll drive to Oakland..or drive to Livermore then take the bart to Oakland ( just like Biff...to avoid the parking/city driving) or maybe crash at my sis' house in oakland and then let her drive me (but if i work the next day..which i still dont know.. then i'd rather just drive home after gig instead of driving back to her house to drop her off)...btw are you going to the loveparade in sf?

I saw Freq Nasty at a festival a number of years ago and had a great time during his set.

The Fox Theater is right off the freeway and shouldn't be hard to get to. I wouldn't want to deal with a long BART ride back to Livermore after the show.

In my experience, driving to and parking near the Fox Theater is nothing to worry about. Getting there from the north was quite easy last Sept., & parking was reasonable, close, & non-skeezy.
