Part of the whole point of the song (for me, at least) is to let my mind play out the reel, let the music guide it. Mental theater is where it's at!!

Could you explain "reel" for a little stupid german guy? Explanations in the dictionaries didn't make much sense to me...

What I love about the word "reel" especially in the title of this song, is that it could mean several different things.

maybe i just should give it another few listenings... i've listened to it some times the day i got my promo but wasn't convinced at all. sounded boring to me. i will listen to it again soon and maybe change my opinion. or it may be a grower for me and i'll suddenly recognize how cool it is in a year or so. was the same with out of control which i had problems with at first as well
