Dope Coil
Her Jazz
My Mercury Mouth
Dust Up Beats (early version)
Life Is Sweet (Delik 1)
Life Is Sweet (Liquid Todd Remix)
Out Of Control - (Sasha Intrumental)
Under the Influence (EBW version)
Music: Response (Futureshock Stripped Response Mix)
It Began In Afrika - (Demo)
I realize some people have already mentioned a few of these but there were also a few songs I didn't see...
Also, I have heard faint rumors of the existence of a Neptunes remix of 'Star Guitar'... can anyone say whether or not this exists?

I am not a big fan of the Sasha mixes (I do like the extended mix OK) but I want it because I don't have it. I have just about everything else they could conceivably put on there...
And, while I do have the songs from the early EPs, but I would love them to be newly remastered...

I wish I had it ... I've only seen the second M:R remix on a promo 3x12" version of the M:R single... its not too rare if you watch eBay but it has never been commercially available.
I don't have it... yet... I have postponed tracking down the promo in the vain hopes the Stripped Response mix might be on this year's Rarewerks or perhaps the bonus disc. I know its a longshot but, hey, I'll probably end up paying $20-30 for basically one track and would hate for it to be released commercially the day after.

The point I'm getting at here - which perhaps I did not communicate as best I could - is that (while I recognize the small possibility of this actually happening) I would love more than anything for that bonus disc to have a few things on it that even the most die hard of die hards have had trouble getting.
I am pretty sure they will most likely just stick some popular b-sides like Morning Lemon and Flashback on there, along with a couple good remixes like the Micronauts remix of BRB or something like that... the chances of them putting a treasure trove of obscenely rare stuff on there just to please perhaps the five hundred to a thousand fans who even remember 'Dope Coil' is infinitesimal - but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be cool.
The rarest tracks are the most difficult to find, obviously... if they could put just a couple of them on there that would be two or three less I'd have to spend the remaining years of my life tracking down. But, then again, I guess it keeps me off the street...

That answers some questions... and raises the further question of why the hell they would get Liquid Todd just to cut a radio edit. I saw the sampler and since i haven't actually heard the track, it made sense to assume that a radio edit of the mix was begotten from a full mix. That it doesn't exist makes me breath easier, but the circumstances behind the confusion are kinda stupid.
And boy am I glad I didn't track down a copy of that radio promo. I don't know why we didn't get it ourselves, since Astralwerks sends us most promo stuff...
And about the Neptunes remix... I was pretty sure of that myself. However, one can never be sure of these things... I heard half a rumor somewhere or other. Stranger things have happened - its perfectly conceivable given how sometimes remixes just sort of appear out of thin air on anonymous white labels.

How about some rare remixes the chems did for other bands?
Ariel - T-Baby (dust brothers remix)
St. Etienne - Like a motorway (Checkov warp vocal)
Republica - Out of this world (chemical brothers dub)
Method man - Bring the pain (chemical brothers dub)
Manic street preachers - Faster (cosmos mix), Faster (7-11 dub), La tristesse durera (sunday social mix). taken from done & dusted 12''
It may be hard to get clearance for these tracks to put on the bonus disc but these tracks are very hard to find. I think that when the chemical brothers do a remix it becomes a chemical brothers track. And when Sasha does a remix of Out of control it becomes a Sasha track. It's a cool song but it isn't chemical brothers anymore
