@ mipps. The problem with trendy wine bars that play music is that you can't have a conversation with people because it's to loud and full of young scally wags.

I want to able to go the bar and say "Tetley Tea" to complete strangers.

personally id go for a gentlemans bar with massive leather chairs, someone to light my cigar, stuffed animals on the wall and a constant supply of port.
