Aww, Tim - we wish you were coming along. We really do. We will raise our glasses (or plastic tumblers, whatever the beer comes in), and jack some party favors in your honor... :(

I hear you when you say you've got responsibilities and commitments and all that. God knows I've missed enough gigs because of it! You've got my sympathy, man...

It's more hating that I get all "whiny bitch" about missing out than anything. :)

God knows how many nights I've been dragged out here due to a fear of missing an awesome night even when I know I really should stay in. Now, to know that such wicked times are imminent in a place I'd like to visit again kicks in my "whining" software.

@Bosco - If you need a place to crash in SF, you're more than welcome to my couch.

And did I mention I went absolutely insane when I saw the video just now of the Chems bringing in BRB?

Pooter,

I appreciate the offer, but I already have arrangements with my aunt and uncle that lives out in San Francisco.

However, I don’t know what you had planned for that Sunday after Nocturnal Wonderland, (whether your headed straight back to San Francisco or gonna hang out around LA for awhile) But I would really could use a ride to LAX airport at around 2PM on that Sunday, if you don’t mind.

Bosco - did you get my email?

If needed we should be able to give you a ride to the airport as Jim and I are heading out of town to go home. I found out after I emailed you that check out time at the hotel I'm staying at is actually noon (not 11am like I thought previously).

Note - it's not all ages. It is 18+. My son's already tried thinking of ways he could sneak in under the radar. Sorry kid, you can't pretend you're an 18 year old midget and mom and dad need a night off from you, haha.

Bosco, I think you will be fine. Don't stress about will-call. Positive vibes coming your way. Lots of people will-call their tix without a hitch!

Fuck. I can't waaaaaaaait!! Less than 20 days now. We were driving up to visit stash's grandma yesterday and we could see downtown LA in the hazy distance and I got all excited! I am so looking forward to this, seeing the freaky ravers, dancing to my favorite songs, good times. Bring on the mixed drinks, friends and the Chemical Brothers!

I'm not exactly sure when check-in time is at my hotel, but I'll be there as early as they'll let me, and there's gonna be a variety of drinks named after chemical brothers songs, and if you're not there, you're dead to me. :P

gah, knowing those people, probably around 8pm next saturday.

I think some website somewhere says the Brothers are gonna be on at 10pm

It says on the Chems myspace it's at 10pm. But you all are going to be there long before then to see some other acts, right? They'll have set times and stuff at the venue so it should be all good.
