I've been watching South Park since it first came on the air. There have been some stinker episodes in every season, but on a whole the show has been consistently funny over the years.

It's one of my favorite programs on TV. This season has been all right (didn't really care much for the Watchmen episode - but I laughed my ass off at the Jonas Bros one!) When I see a bad episode, yes it's a bummer but it's only a half hour out of my life so I just shake it off because I know something good and funny is just around the corner. South Park hasn't jumped the shark yet!

That said - I have a lot of respect for Kayne West with his response to the fish sticks episode. I thought for sure he'd be blogging (in ALL CAPS like he usually does) about how he was being disrepected and how his music is real art and people just don't 'get it' and how his art is god's gift to all creation. He's got a tremendous ego so it's a bit surprising to see his humbled and good humored response to his portrayal on South Park. Much respect.

Too bad Barbara Streisand never got over Matt and Trey's digs. :P

I'm not suprised Barbara Streisand didn't get it. How could we expect more from someone who majes people pay more than 150 € to see her live, and after, DARE say that it would be given to an association ?

Kanye West is a twat. Anyone remember the fit he through when Justice won the MTV award for We Are Your Friends? Arsehole.

Actually, I do remember that. And it is one of the reasons why I will forever think of him as a pretentious ass hole.

I was impressed with his blog entry in response though.

Iggy - it was The Coon episode, and it also spoofed Dark Knight. Maybe I'll try watching it another time and give it another chance, but I just didn't care for the episode all that much.
