Aw, sweet - thanks for that igloo!

I wonder if the Chems or Paul Van Dyke is going to close out the evening. I hope it's the Chems, fingers crossed the Chemical Brothers close out the evening, not Van Dyke!

Damn, all these years later and I still can't get over how immense the Coliseum is! But you know, it's going to sound... HUGE! Let's hear how that quadrophonic sound carries through in such a wide open space. The Coliseum is in a rather... sketchy part of Los Angeles. Must work out hotel arrangements. Man I'm getting so excited just thinking about this little outing!

you do NOT want the Chems to be the closer at a rave that ends at 6am.

Unless you're planning on getting up at 5am then showing up.

And we're excited about seeing Andy again - this time it'll be a good ol' party, not a quick visit to a pub!

I work for Insomniac and I don't even know where in Downtown LA it will be, so any rumors right now are fake until someone from Insomniac announces it.

makeskidskill: It's not a rave, and it ends at 4 AM :)

It's not a rave?

Maybe you have a different definition than I do, but I've been going to them for 18 years now, so I think I know a rave when I see one.

I've always known Nocturnal Wonderland as a rave (along with EDC, Together as One, Monster Massive, Audiotistic, etc)...But Insomniac changed the name to Nocturnal FESTIVAL (at least on the new flyers)...So, who knows...maybe they got tired of the vast amount of youngin' ravers...just like the Klaxons did (I read somewhere they wanted to abolish glowsticks from their concerts) haha...

I know, Raves, Parties, Events, Gigs, Undergrounds, Massives, the names are a style thing, that changes every few years, but to me, if it's outside (or in any space that's not usually a music venue), if it's all dance music, if it's all ages, to me, it's a rave.

I hope you know, you can crash here for a few days if you want... go to the beach, eat lobster tacos, that sort of thing, as long as you promise not to bogart my stash

Hey, be nice to Jeanie. She rocks.

She'll be with us in spirit, indeed.

Stash--good talking to you the other day, btw. I'm getting absolutely stoked for this venture.

And despite your feelings on the French duo, I'm stoked to see Daft Punk this Friday. =)
