The main problem is that it's really not feasible to talk about a "Canadian tour" as such, I don't think. I think Toronto, Vancouver, and MAYBE Montreal could get shows, but I would be very surprised for shows in Calgary, Winnipeg, etc.
It would probably be of more use to get tapped into your local dance/electronic scene, get to know some promoters, get to know people, spread the word, spread the hype. If enough people start making noise, local promoters will start seeing what they can do. That's how we've gotten Tiesto, Eddie Halliwell, Roger Sanchez, Ferry Corsten, AvB here in the past bit. (It also doesn't hurt that Winnipeg is on the way to Vancouver...)
