I know the idea of Kele from Bloc Party being the vocalist has been poo poo'd but unless the vocalist is an unknown (possible) I keep thinking it sounds like Kele. Kele does have a new 'dance' EP out on Crosstown Rebels called Heartbreaker, but admittedly all four of those tracks are more like old school garage than anything chemical...
