U know all of us quite well....Hmmm....Scary.
Welcome man ;)
This is indeed scary! We've got a portal called StudiVZ where all the students can connect. Sort of German facebook. When i signed in and searched for a chemical brothers group (you can add groups, made by other users, or open up your own one) i found an article about the WATN release i wrote on another baord. That was really weird seeing your stuff is being used elsewhere . . . You're not alone on the net. You never know who's reading your post.

Well sometimes employers now first check out your online profile to see what sort of a beer drinking, vomit producing pillock they're employing so it's best to keep your online profiles clean.

Yeah, that concept frightens me a lot, to be honest.

Frankly, I think MBM is in a completely different league then the Brothers... they're more on the Nitzer Ebb kinda level, not really top tier.

Hehe, prochem is like the new me. Ever wonder about my name? It is because I was "Watching" everything going on on this board for quite some time before I finally signed up to join in on discussions.
PS->Prochem: I really like your name! Its quite similar to my producing alibi, DJ Profunk. Oh, and I'm glad you had fun with my Shoes remix :)

I hear ya - I read that employers will snoop around myspace etc. at potential employees to see if there's anything that can be pinned. I am confident with my job but before I was employed there was a background check on me (mainly because a large part of what I do is handle credit cards when they decline purchases). I have nothing to hide, so I wasn't nervous - but my name is out there if one searches hard enough. I've said far too much on this forum anyway... and I know my employer is aware of the places I visit online, just as they were aware of the places another employee was visiting before she got canned for wasting company time. Again - nothing to hide for me really. I don't post here when I'm on the clock and I really wouldn't want a very revealing profile on myspace anyway.

Hi, been around here since 2003 observing the board but only until now have I decided to make a user. I know all of you quite well actually. I know Newbs come on here and waste space by announcing that theyve joined the board (like every other board) but I actually have a question that I have not seen on here before.
