Damn! So, is this possibly/probably a new Chems track?

I'd say yes :) Neither Tom nor Ed replied to me on Twitter when I asked. Maybe if we ALL ask... :)

That would be funny as hell if we found out that the track wasn't made by them!

Anyway, I think it would be a good fit for Track 4 for CHEM8

good catch! More proof that this is Chemical, it's like a tradition for Erol to spin pre-release Chems stuff.

Heard it last night at the soulwaxmas in Paris, wasn't impressed at all, quite the same basic riff for 3 minutes. Sounds like boys noize.

yes he played it in Paris too, but since it was back to back with Xavier de Rosnay, he cut it too fast, when it was starting to become really intense

My recording of Erol playing the track. Great audio quality, and 1080p, courtesy of my Lumia 920

Erol really juiced the intro, the long build up and the part where the beat goes crazy after comes earlier in the Chem's Dj sets.

Still really loving this track.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems slowed down from when it was played in the other sets that have been recorded from the Chems...

I think so too. Erol usually plays more around 125bpm than 130

By the end of that video, you can hear bits of the track coming in. And the Nicky Romero track that samples Block Rockin Beats.
