I'm still waiting for my tickets - I phoned them the other day and they said they should be going out in the mail soon. This is a real problem for me as I am away for the 5 days before the event and have got a train ticket to come back. If they don't arrive by tomorrow I'm going to phone them again.

Oh yeah, the other thing was I just KEPT phoning the line every 2 mins for 15 mins and eventually got through (onto hold). This review - http://www.ciao.co.u..._Review_5618149 - is making me very nervous though. I will be REALLY UNBELIEVABLY fed up if the tickets don't arrive - as I said I booked train tickets costing £80 to get to the gig...

Ive waited before for quite a while for tkts from them but they have always turned up in time. But its the fact if your out and they leave a card. They use a shit company called SMS where a lot of people assume they use the Royal Mail. You have to ring them to arrange redelivery and its a 10 hour window for redilivery. Dont whatever you do rebook your redelivery through the website it nevers arrives on the day you pick. They say they use them as they are more reliable then Royal Mail but thats bollocks. They use them cause they are half the price but still charge the same for delivery. Seetickets up until a couple of years ago were really reliable, now they are just shite. Still cant get through. Website still down. Im coming down from Middlesbrough for this gig and ive spent big on train and hotel.

Just got through to the seetickets theatre booking line and the woman on the line said that the website has been down because of people trying to get tickets for the Championship playoff game. She gave me an alternate number which turned out to be the Derby County ticket booking line. So maybe in a day or two the website and phoneline might be up again.

I just got through (instead of engaged tone) to the order enquiry line and announcement said "all lines are busy - this call will now disconnect"
Gonna keep trying and then move onto the management to complain.

I hammered 0871 220 0260 until I got through and then insisted that there was no way I would be able to get the tickets later than Friday, said it was pretty rubbish considering that I booked in march - he then went on about how the promoters don't print the tickets until late in the day, blah blah, I said "well I need some other means of getting the tickets" and he suggested collection - tada! BUT! I forgot to ask when I can collect - I assume that on the night might be a bit late? If you get through can you ask - I'm trying to call back :/

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. How nerve wracking to have booked your tickets and you're left hanging. I'm sure the universe will have its way of working itself out and you guys will be right as rain for Roundhouse.
