There should be a topic on these guys. Their collaboration with the Brothers is one of our favourite tracks on the PTB album. But their own album is wonderfull aswell. Every song is so beautifull.

I really hope to see the live version of Close your eyes on V or in Brixton (was it?)

But last night I saw them perform in Amsterdam. I love their album and I already saw them at Pukkelpop but this night was beautifull. They have such voices which work so well together love. It was a great evening (thanks Bianca ;-) )

What a highlight was of the evening was their "solo" performance of Close your eyes. Romeo said "We're gonna do a song with did with the Chemical Brothers" and I was cheering and clapping and people thought I was nuts :) But it was a wonderfull performance. And I want to share that with you people!!

You can check www.fabchannel.com in a couple of days. They show was recorded!!! Close your eyes was played as second song in the encore, right after their cover of Beyoncs Crazy in love (which is great).

Slipvin, that's a lame crack - if I didn't think you'd enjoy a good spanking, I'd slap you silly in a evil stepmother way til you couldn't sit down for a week...

Anyway. Their album is really good, I like it.

Very folky and more on the mellow and melodic tip which is a nice change of pace, quite a summer-of-love type vibe going on with their style.

That's very cool that they are incorporating Close Your Eyes into their sets. After hearing their album I can understand why they'd use Close Your Eyes in their gigs. I would've loved to have seen Joslyn going all crazy when they were doing this song, just to see the looks on other peoples' faces.

Thanks heaps for this Joslyn! TMN are fantastic and their album is spot-on for travelling/chilling/whatever and for the lead-up to the summer here. I'm hoping they'll come to the Big Day Out's here next year.

hehehehehe..... I honestly can't believe some of the sexist/sexual things people actually post on here. Especially considering there's no edit.

I think that's probably the main reason why there is no edit!

I think if there actually WAS an edit, most of the threads wouldn't make any sense, because everyone would be editing their posts and removing content almost immediately after making them.

Wait a minute, most of the threads don't make sense as it is. Isn't this a thread about The Magic Numbers? :D

Yes, but all thread disolve into chatter about sex eventually, don't they?

It's that old Chemical/Porn connection.

Goddamn it. I need to stop.

I'd love to see a porn soundtracked by the Chems. It might actually erase from my memory that terrible one I, uh, "heard about", that had about 40 minutes of Disturbed's generic modern alt-metal on it.

Not to mention that the reason all threads turn into sex eventually is the fact that we all choose to visit the forum instead of actually HAVING sex.
