FOOK! Ticket Master bites me in the ass again.

Bought my Coachella ticket via Ticket Master Presale (which was today.) Ended up paying $35 extra for those damn convenient charges. }:-@

Came to the total of $287 for the 3 day ticket. Fuck, this festival better be good. :x

You need to let the bitterness go man, move things forward. You can't live in the past, it'll mess with your head.

Re: the debt - I had the exact same thing. Wasn't a huge sum for me, about 150 I think (might have been 250, I've forgotten!), it was annoying at the time but I wanted to move on so forgot about it

Damn - that's pretty steep. What's always baffled me are the convenience charges. Convenience... how... to whom? It's bullshit.

But Bosco, the festival is going to be awesome!! Don't you worry.

I'm past it now. But it was bothering me a lot last week. All I wanted was a simple "fuck you, I'm not paying a thing". That would've been more than sufficient. After a few days of frustration I've moved on. I've got more constructive ways to spend my time.

but theres numerous of quality groups/bands on those 3 days! Many that I probably will never see show up in Chicago, ever (or any time soon.)

The Chemical Brothers' Myspace (aka Astralwerks) seems to be hinting that a world tour is in the works. I'll follow them anywhere on this continent, untill my money runs out. :P

Lost.

That frikken tv show.

I'm done. Put-a-fork-in-me done. I want the hour I spent watching the lame "sh!t's gonna go down" season premiere last night and nothing worth mentioned (except how crap that show's gotten) happened. The thrill is gone. I used to love the show, it was entertaining fun, but now I'm thoroughly annoyed. I need closure, and I don't give a rat's ass about these new people they've brought to the show. And I con't care that there will be 14 or 16 or whatever new episodes and no repeats - it left us hanging and making us wait for 3 months before the writers of the show pulled some half assed story out of their behinds.

Getting caught for doing stupid things. Hopefully no significant consequences for this one, but why am I such an idiot at times?

Honestly, for legal reasons, I can't say. Hopefully I can get it sorted tomorrow but I wouldn't want internet divulgences used in a potential court case. Let's put it that way.

It's a petty, dumb matter resulting from me listening to the stupid suggestion of a good friend who meant well. In a moment of poor judgment I did something that is ultimately of no consequence but which could be responded to with criminal charges.

I'm hoping that a sincere apology and minor restitution will settle the matter. My attorney (ie. my mom) is on the case. People are always more understanding when mom calls.

What happened hurt no one and damaged no property and I gained nothing of significance from it, but I am still an idiot. Let's just say that I dislike how expensive the parkade at school is and the fact that there are CCTV cameras everywhere. I think that should spell it out clearly enough.

Aah, fnck, dude. I hope nothing comes of this. I take back what I said about beating your lilywhite ass in the Children of Men thread. Damn... I really do hope the best comes of this bad situation.

I'm sure it'll be fine. It's more the disappointing my parents that bothers me, as always. They put a lot of trust in me and despite all the reckless and occasionally illegal things I do, I hate to force them to question how they parented me. Also, it causes them to look more closely at the things I do which will eventually lead to some awkward moments.

As for the lily-white comment, you live in California and you're paler than I am. ;-) X-D

The disappointing-the-parental-unit was pretty much what kept me out of trouble (or at least living in an unhealthy fear of them) but you have a good relationship with your folks who IMO have done a good job with their son - so yes, it has to be tough for you.

As for me being the alabaster child in see of bronzed bodies - all I have to say is it takes a lot of effort to be as pale as I am!! X-D

My mom's had a hard time with the pot issue and my dad doesn't even know about that yet (a potential source of conflict there when it eventually comes out).

She all but knows I've tried other stuff but hasn't forced the issue yet (My terse response: "You don't need to even worry about that." Yeah, that's convincing. Sheesh!), but every time I do something dumb like what I got in shit for today (via letter in the mail addressed to her because she's the registered owner of my car) it makes her that much less trusting.

The day she/they find out about the ecstasy, coke, acid, shrooms, benzos, opiates, etc. is NOT going to be a good day. Regardless of the fact that booze and women remain my only addictions.

I haven't bought anything illicit other than pot since mid-October, though.

Procrastination and pharmacokinetics.

I was really busy with work at the beginning of the so-called Spring Break and then needed a couple days to cool off and destress afterwards. Now it's Sunday, school is back in session tomorrow and I have a pharmacokinetics assignment due.

I understand the material just fine in class but I never do any of the sample problems and I just got a new calculator for the class that I've not used before. Now I'm having a fair bit of difficulty with the questions, despite the fact that they're not particularly tough. Just need to get the first one right and it'll be downhill from there.
