i dont agree with your theory for a 2 track cd. the point of these 2 track cd's is they will retail at 1.99 (amazon are charging 3.99 for each cd). they are specifically designed for the kiddies to spend their hard earned pocket money on, the cheesy pop world. a market the chemical brothers do not catter for!!!

It's a bit of a shame there's all these regulations, I'm not sure how it works in the USA but take a look at some of the old US releases with 6 or 7 tracks all on one disc! In a way I wish I didn't know about them, because in my opinion sometimes the US versions are better, for example GYH has switchs rub (I think), the golden path mixes, extended gyh and nude night all on one disc. 8O

Hmm, surely if it's a DVD single, it shouldn't affect chart eligibility. What would be the point of a 2/3 track DVD?
I agree with sunshine boy, except I don't think EBW7 will feature on CD2, I reckon it'll be 2 remixes.
Might be 1 remix on each, with EBW7 on CD2, doesn't really matter I guess.
It might be like IBIA, with 1) Radio Edit 2) Full Version 3) B-side (EBW7 in this case). Done and dusted.
