I think I might get a Wii myself, they look pretty cool, its not much a GAMERs dream, its more of a novelty something to do to pass time whereas the other consoles seem a bit more competive. So yeah I might get the Wii for the fun of it and I donno get up and ACTUALLY do my thing. 8)

The nunchuck controller will either be the end-all be-all or it will ruin the whole thing... it's not gonna be halfway, either way.

Resident Evil 4 completely kicked ass on the Gamecube and it is certainly not for 8 years olds. Did you ever get a chance to play it? It's the best game I have played within the pasy 3 or 4 years. Can't wait to see the next RE.......on PS3.

this one is much different than the other RE games. You should really check it out sometime. It's out for the PS2 as well now. Go rent it!!

* Four chapters will be available, each chapter will have 2 playable characters

* Chapter 1 - BH1 Mansion - Jill and Chris

* Chapter 2 - BH2 RPD - Claire and Leon

* Chapter 3 - BH3 Racoon City - Jill and Carlos

* Chapter 4 - BH4 Village - Leon and Ada

* Additional characters can be unlocked by playing the game, such as Rebecca Chambers, Hunk and Albert Wesker

* The gameplay will be similar to BH4, use the Wiimote to trigger the over-the-shoulder view, use the nunchuk to fire

* All characters will have different weapons and melee attacks like in BH4, you can find additional weapons in the stage

* Each character can only carry 2 weapons, such as Chris' pistol and shotgun, and Jill's pistol and grenade launcher

* The main game Scenario Mode will have in-game cutscenes, each chapter will have new contents which link to Umbrella's status

* There is an Arcade Mode which plays like the BH4 Mercenaries mini game



So basically, its a compilation of remade material from past Resident Evils ala RE4 and using the Wiimote functions. Not really as cool as a RE5 or some new storyline, but we will have to see how it plays I guess.
