Yo,

I dunno what all the ruckus is about, but I see my big pal Stash is accusing me of something, posting my supposed IP-address, although I haven't visited this board since the day I typed my farewell message.

I don't know this person or profile, I don't know what's been posted, my only other nickname on here is 'forum admin' and my IP-address starts with 94.XXX.X.XXX.

I also know you got my e-mail address because you've e-mailed me in the past, so you could've just sent me a message about this.

I don't like being falsely accused. Maybe you should do something about that attitude; assuming every troll that posts shit on here is me. I said I was a goner and I meant it.

Now leave me the fuck alone, moron.

This would make sense except for two things:

1. Kind of an odd coincidence that the last time you were on here was the day you sent your farewell message, which was about a month and a half ago, until -today-.

2. Why would the perpetrator of dirty cum leave one of his or her notes with the signature "xoxo Slipvin"?

Still kinda confused as to what happened today. But it sounds like an undercover spammery. Whether it was you or not, Slipvin. We still blame you, cause we can.

I think I might see the motivation behind it, especially with your voiced frustration with this forum. But that doesn't mean it is condonable.

Fine, then don't believe me. Like I even care. I think my explanation for leaving was reasonable enough, If you missed that post, here it is again:

I don't feel any connection with the Chemical Brothers and/or their music anymore, nor do I have that feeling on this board. Is that so hard to comprehend or what?

People like Acid Children, Jeanie, Whirls, Martin2006, AnType and others made this forum fun and worthwile for me to hang around, but they are gone. Moved on with their life. Okay, some of them like Martin and Whirls might pop in once in a while, but in reality they are goners.

Nowadays this forum is a graveyard. A ghost town which once was a great place. Blaming it on the lull between albums is sillyif you take the time to look at the bigger picture.

The same group of people since the release of PTB have been keeping this forum on the breathing machine. You can count the new members that stuck around from 2005-2008 on one hand. One hand! You see what's wrong with this picture? Hell, even the biggest forum freak (Jeans) admitted that she moved on! Yeah, people still lurk but why aren't they posting anymore?? If you have the time to lurk then why don't you have the time to post?

This place is dead and I have no reason to hang around and I definitely have no reason at all to post smut pictures. When I said that I was a goner I meant it, how hard that might be for some to believe. But I do not, I repeat, do not hate this place.

I will not post any more on this board. Maybe if a new forum is launched with the new album I might pop in... or not. The music should be really fuckin' sweet and big beat but I doubt The Bros have the power to convince me anymore. Ah well, we'll see how it turns out.

xoxo Slipvin

It wasn't a spammer, but Slipvin definitely seems to want to deny it.

But why would anyone want to fuck with the board, then, make us believe it was Slipvin, and cause a ruckus only to leave and never make it known who was responsible?

And, Slipvin, if you didn't care about all of this you wouldn't have posted here again in the first place.

I care when some prick uses my name to post shit and then someone falsely accuses me. Oh, and I received a heads-up from a forum member who occasionally lurks here, so even though I vowed not to come back here I decided to give it a look.

Can't you people think clearly or something? Maybe the guy got scared because Stash traced his IP and put it online. Like I said my IP starts with 94. Go look it up on Google or something and you will see this is a Dutch IP-address. Why the hell would I sign my own death warrant? Did I do that when I pulled the Forum Admin prank?? No I did not. It would be stupid. I bet the prick who posted that shit is laughing his ass off right now.

Anyway, like I said in my previous post: kthnxgbye.

Fair enough--you make an arguable point that it could be someone else. I think Stash is really the only one who cares because he had to clean up the mess.

And btw--thanks Stash!!

OK - time to clear the air.

I've checked the IP of this mystery spammer myself just a moment ago. And it is NOT Slipvin.

It's NOT him. So my apologies to Slipvin for the unwarranted sexbot spam drama that he never had a hand in to begin with.

I will say that whoever did this must have a lot of spare time and a vandetta against Slipvin, since they took it upon themselves to sign his name in some of the now deleted spam posts - that's what tipped stash off.

So again, sorry.

The IP however does trace back to a member of the forum, though. And no, it's not miloco2forum. :P

HAHAHAHAHA!!!

How coked up would Ed have to be to pull off something like that?? (No offense, Ed) ;-)

@Slipvin: For the record, even when I thought it was you I was amused.

Since Slipvin doesn't post on this forum anymore, I suppose I dont have to apologize.

Also, who on earth keeps in contact with Slipvin outside of this message board?

I'm not going to post the entire IP because this whole thing seems suspicious. 82.xx.xxx.110 The spammer who whipped this forum up into a transsexualhotanus frenzy earlier today has been registered since March of 2006.

My gut says the person the IP is linked to is being pranked as well.

That's kind of lame to set someone up like that!

Since it's cleared up, Let's move on!
