I went on the 26th...it was simply mind blowing...3 straight hours of hell on ears...they played bits and pieces of confront your demons, brothers gonna work it out, and the old glint dj set. I couldnt tell if they played any new chemical material, but the songs that i didnt recognize were all amazing so if any of them were new chems, rest assured the new album is going to rock. Nothing in life could be better than Tom looking me right in the face with me and him singing the words to the original Hey Boy Hey Girl mix that they played on the Anti-Nazi mix. Then giving him a high five, it was a religious experience indeed. Plus, Tom had a beard, looking all scruffy, and Ed had some boogers hanging from his nose...funny shit!

nah, they wear white suites n shit...its weird, they are nice guys to me at least..i havent got carded there yet...also...on the line they gave out this little hockey puck looking plastic toy that has chemical brother samples in it..there are eight buttons and each has a different sample. there is the siren from song to the siren, the beginning to block rockin beats, the bassline of out of control, the synth sound of music:response, the beginning of get yourself high, the weird coooommmmee wiiiithhh uuuusss sample, it began in afrika beginning vocal, and some weird noise that might be the swooshes in star guitar. its fun to make beats with the samples pressing the buttons and beat boxing

Sneaker is right, we were talking about the chemical bank not too long ago - someone came on here asking what it was. I want one to cuddle and play with, maybe affix to the dashboard of my car, it's so cute.
I can't believe I'm saying it's cute, but it's true! :-//
Anyway - thanks so much for the review, apostle. Extra cool bonus points for the eye contact and high five, that really is the cherry on top of a great ice cream sundae! It's so great to read about a good time at a Chemical gig!!

X-D OK, I have to say it. It's been what, 3 years and counting since Tom's cut his hair and to this day people are still in mourning! The days of his long flowing mane of the 20-something years are over...! X-D Given that Tom has children, I bet he's quite glad he doesn't have these tiny little fists pulling at his long blonde locks (I learned the hard way that little kids just loooooove to pull hair, and it friggen hurts I tell ya!!) Come on, I think he looks good at this point in time with short hair, there's nothing worse than seeing a man desperately clinging to his younger days by keeping the old hair, it just looks played out - especially when the hairline's... you know, pulling back a bit. I'm happy the man has the sense not to be sporting some hideous greasy comb-over, now that would truly be crime!!
Can't say anything about the scruffy beard... maybe he doesn't want the focus to be on his head hair for once, you know? ;)
As for Ed, he's only got a year and some change on Tom. I'll just keep telling myself that being a 30-something doesn't mean you're ancient. ;)
I can't believe I just went off about Tom's hair, good gawd what's wrong with me? It's late, my son's asleep and my husband's still at work, and I'm out of Chemical stuff to talk about right now - that's what!
